Why are none of the fabrics showing my wholesale discount?
Wholesale discount is applied automatically at checkout.
If it isn't showing in your cart please follow through as if checking out normally and it should be applied then!

Who is wholesale membership for?
Wholesale membership is designed for small businesses and makers who use fabric to create finished products to sell.
How much does wholesale membership cost?
Wholesale membership costs £50 per year. This is an annual, non-refundable fee.

It does not renew automatically so if you should wish to continue your membership after 12 months you will need to subscribe again using the same account details to avoid losing access.
Is wholesale membership limited?
Yes. Wholesale accounts are limited to a set number of customers to ensure stock availability and the best possible service.
What prices can I expect as a wholesale member?
Wholesale pricing is always around £12 per metre for in-stock patterned fabrics.

This price will fluctuate slightly depending on the current price of fabric however I always do my best to give you the best wholesale price I can!!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. A minimum order of 10 metres of in-stock patterned fabric applies. This can be made up of any combination of designs and premium cotton lycra/french terry.

What if I want to order less than 10 metres?
You can still order less than 10 metres as normal using your wholesale account however the wholesale discount WILL NOT be applied.
Can I resell the fabric I buy wholesale?
No. Fabric purchased using a wholesale account must only be used to make products for sale. Reselling fabric in its original form is strictly prohibited.

If a member is found to be selling fabric sold using their wholesale discount then their membership will be ended without refund.
Can I use wholesale fabric alongside retail fabric?
Yes, as long as wholesale-purchased fabric is used solely for making products to sell.​
Can I share my wholesale login with others?
No. Wholesale accounts are for single business use only and must not be shared.

If a member is found to be sharing their wholesale account access their membership will be ended without refund.
Is anything different when it comes to dispatch and postage?
No. Our current dispatch times can be found at the top of the page. Shipping prices remain the same for wholesale customers.
Who do I contact if I have questions about my wholesale account?
You can contact us directly via the usual customer support channels, and wholesale members will receive dedicated support where possible.​
