1. Overview Fabric Mama Fabric Shop is based in the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. Dispatch Times Our current dispatch times are displayed on our Home Page and are updated regularly. Please check there for the most up-to-date information before placing your order. Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Times Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

4. Postal Delays Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. Fabric Mama Fabric Shop is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, customs processing, adverse weather, industrial action, or any other circumstances outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

5. International Orders — Import Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to the European Union, United States, Canada, or any other international destination may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs on your behalf.

Please note that refusal to pay applicable duties may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. We are unable to issue refunds in such circumstances.

6. Your Rights Under UK Distance Selling Regulations In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and securely packaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that carriers typically require a waiting period before a parcel can be declared lost (usually 10 working days for UK orders and up to 25 working days for international orders).
